TRAIN TO BECOME AN AUDIO ENGINEER & MUSIC PRODUCER
As certified professionals, Bakersfield Music & Recording Studios offers a complete training course for Audio Engineering & Music Production.
The nine month training course (6 hours per week, 216 hours total) provides training in every aspect of recording, audio technology and music production. Just like our music lessons the training is private ("one on one") and therefore many times more effective than instruction in large groups and provides "hands on training" for the student 100% of the time.
Bakersfield Music & Recording Studios offers the latest state-of-the-art equipment providing cutting edge technology for the training course. We can schedule your training sessions around your work schedule Monday through Saturday.
Course includes: studio operating procedures, microphones, musical instruments, recording console parts and functions, basic and advanced audio theory, recording console operation, tape machines, tape formats, multi track formats, analog and digital recording, mixing, mastering, dynamics processing, effects processing, digital editing, miking techniques, studio set up, analog and digital consoles, MIDI, sequencing, duplication, acoustics, recording environment, automation, live sound, PA set up and operation, music history, music theory, different styles of music and music production, radio and commercial production, organizing and producing projects, psychology and more.
